All drink packages are self-serve and must be picked up by the guest at the Beverage Will Call Table, located inside the main event at the drink purchase station. Your exclusive collection will be elegantly prepared and reserved for you in a catering tray.
Guests who pre-purchase will receive priority service at Will Call and can collect their tickets and drink packages at this designated station.

The wines and spirits listed under each package represent the preferred selections curated by the Gala Event Committee. These selections were chosen for their premium quality, reputation, and alignment with the event experience. -
Substitutions
All beverage selections are subject to availability from our distributors and vendors. In the event that a specific brand or varietal is unavailable, the event organizers reserve the right to substitute the item with an equivalent or higher-tier option of similar style, value, and quality. -
No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of pre-purchased beverage packages and limited event quantities, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or modifications can be made after purchase. -
Pickup & Redemption
All self-serve beverage packages and drink bundles will be available for pickup at the Beverage Will Call Table located inside the main event, near the drink coupon station. Please have your name and order confirmation available. -
21+ Requirement
Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and consumed by guests 21 years of age or older. A valid photo ID is required at pickup and upon request. -
